4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase And Delivery Of A Flatbed Agricultural Trailer4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Flatbed Trailer, To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With Transport And Commissioning. 2) Providing The Necessary Technical Description (In Polish), 3) Providing With The Order The Manual Required For Operation In Polish, 4) Quality Guarantee Granted For A Period In Accordance With The Content Of § 8 Of The Contract And Resulting From The Contractors Offer For The Delivered Products On Terms Not Worse Than The Manufacturers Warranty, Confirmed By Separate Warranty Documents Delivered With The Equipment5) Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Trailer.4.3.
