Natural Gas Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), The Code Civil Law And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. 3. The Liszki Commune, As A Public Administration Unit, Is Exempt From Excise Tax. The Gas Will Be Used For Own Needs.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Terminate Comprehensive Contracts Concluded For An Indefinite Period. 8. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.9. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Lots: 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because: 1) Division Will Increase Preparation Costs And May Lead To Delays In Project Implementation. Leaving The Order Intact Will Speed Up The Supplier Selection Process And Start Of Execution;2) Gas Supply Contractors Are Able To Deliver Any Volume.
