1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To The Buildings Of The Mogilany Commune And Its Organizational Units.2. The Comprehensive Gas Supply Will Be Based On A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) Hereinafter Referred To As Energy Law, Acts Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1061, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Based On Them.3. The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 Is 2,374,659 Kwh. The Above Value Is An Estimate, Given To Determine The Value Of The Order, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Consumption Of Natural Gas During The Term Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas. The Current Operator Of The Distribution System Is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. 4. The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order Will Include: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee. The Recipient Is Classified By The Appropriate Distribution System (Dso) Into Tariff Groups With The Designations W-1.1, W-2.1., W-3.12, W-3.6., W-4., W-5.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Specified In Annex No. 9 And In Annex No. 9.1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Gas Consumption Declared In The Above-Mentioned Attachments Is An Estimate And Is Used Only To Calculate The Offer Price. 6. The Order Is Carried Out By The Mogilany Commune Together With Organizational Units.
