The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Monitoring System For Water Intakes And Network Facilities Of The Poronin Commune - 5 Facilities. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Will Deliver, Install And Launch A System For Monitoring The Operation Of Water Intakes And Facilities In The Following Facilities: A) Frączkówka Hydrophore Plant (Hyd2) B) Osp Suche Reservoir (Zb2) C) Ligasówka Intake (Suw2) D) Bustryk Intake (Suw3) E) Okarmusy Intake (Suw4) The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In Annex No. 8 - Charts Of The Poronin Communes Water Supply Network Facilities And In The Technical Description - Annex No. 6. Minimum Warranty Required: 12 Months. Together With The Delivery Of The Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Originals Or Copies Of Attestations, Certificates And Quality Certificates Certified To Be True To The Original, Which Will Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out In Applicable Law. The Ordering Party Pays Attention That In The Event Of Using Devices With Different Parameters, Their Scope Of Impact To Neighboring Areas, Was No Larger Than The Devices Included In The Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Task In Accordance With The Attached Technical Description. Before Making Deliveries, The Contractor Will Submit The Proposed Devices To The Ordering Party For Approval.
