The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Queuing System That Will Ensure Efficient And Effective Service Of Residents Visits To The City Of Łódź Office And The Extended Warranty, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Described In The Agreement, Opz And The Annexes To These Documents. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Division Into Stages Specified In Chapter 5 Of The Opz. Completion Of The Works In A Given Stage Must Be Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol And Is A Condition For Moving To The Next Stage. The Contractor Must Provide The Elements Specified In The Agreement And Opz Necessary For The Launch And Subsequent Operation Of The Queuing System With The Declared Functionality And Characteristics: 1. Full And Uninterrupted Service For Residents Regarding Scheduled Visits To The City Hall Of Łódź,2. The Possibility Of Modifying The Software To Adapt It To The Specific Needs Of The Ordering Party (If Necessary),3. Development And Delivery Of The Required Documentation,4. Carrying Out The Implementation Of The System,5. Providing Post-Implementation Assistance,6. Granting An Extended Warranty A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Contract And Annex No. 1 To The Opz (Sopz)
