Arts-Facility Operation Services – Accommodation And Ticketing Services For The Performance Of Artistic Productions And Other Events Of The National Opera. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services To The Public Of The National Opera During The Presentation Of Its Artistic Productions And Other Events, And Specifically The Provision Of The Following Services: • Accommodation Services For Spectators, Visitors, Guests, Etc. Upon Arrival And Their Departure From The Els Facilities • Ticketing Services / Public Invitations • Any Other Services Necessary For The Safe And Orderly Movement Of The Public Within The Facilities During The Days When The Artistic Events Of The Els Will Take Place. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Code Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): 92320000-0 Operating Services Of Artistic Facilities. For The Proper Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Set Up A Project Team, With Specialized Personnel, Which Will Consist Of The Following Categories: A) Two (2) Responsible For Coordination And Supervision Of Accommodation Services, Each Of Whom Will Have, At A Minimum, An Annual (1 Year ) Proven Experience In The Role Of Head Of A Group Of People For The Management Of Artistic Facilities. B) Three (3) Coordinators And Supervisors Of Ticketing Services Who Will Each Have At Least One Year (1 Year) Of Proven Experience In The Role Of Cashier Operations Manager In A Company Or Organization. C) Four (4) Staff For The Operation Of The Funds And The Issuing Of Tickets/Invitations, During The Hours Of 09:00-21:00, Each Of Whom Will Have At Least One Year (1 Year) Experience In Issuing Tickets Or In A Related Treasury Operation Position In A Company Or Organization. D) Forty-Five (45) Staff To Serve The Spectators And Provide Accommodation Services.
