Administrative Services For Business Operations – Executive Secretary To Support The Board Of The Holding Fund Economic Investments Foundation The Hague (Heid). The Assignment Is Carried Out Under The Responsibility Of The Heid Foundation. Heid Formally Has Two Roles, That Of Holding Fund Manager (Which Is Filled By An Official Of The Municipality) And That Of The Secretary Of The Holding Company. In Practice, All Executive And Advisory Activities Are The Responsibility Of The Secretary Or Experts Engaged By The Secretary (Within The Framework Of The Assignment Given). The Role Of Secretary Within Heid Is Broadly Defined. In Practice, This Means That In Addition To The Point Of Contact, Several People Carry Out The Assignment Based On Specific Expertise.
