The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Performance Of Conservation, Restoration And Construction Works Aimed At Securing The Foundations Of The Primary School Building In Rzepin - Plot No. 385/4 In 257 Area Of Rzepin. The Works Will Include, Among Others: On The Implementation Of Vertical And Thermal Waterproofing For External Basement Walls And The Construction Of A Band Around The Building With Gravel In A Trough Instead Of The Existing Concrete Band.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works In Particular: 1) Performing Open-Pit Works - Dig The Building Up To The Top Of The Foundation To The Extent Shown In The Drawing Part Of The Renovation Project; 2) Securing The Excavations Against Backfilling And Landslides While The Building Is Drying; 3) Removing Old Layers Of Vertical Insulation (If Any), Removing Old Layers Of Plaster And Mortar From The Joint Until The Bare Brick Is Exposed; 4) Leaving The Basement Walls Exposed Until They Dry; 5) Drying The Walls From The Inside Of The Building Using Specialized Construction Equipment, I.E. Thermal And Microwave Heaters;6) Installation Of A New Leveling Layer On The External Wall Using A System Leveling Mortar;7) Implementation Of Horizontal Waterproofing In The Form Of A Diaphragm Made By Pressure Injection With A Preparation Sealing The Pores And Capillaries Of The Wall Material To The Extent Shown In The Drawing Part Of The Renovation Project;8) Performing Vertical Waterproofing Of The Building Using Thermally Weldable Felt On A Primer, Installed From The Top Of The Buildings Foundation To The Height Of The Ground Adjacent To The Building;9) Thermal Insulation Of Basement Walls Using Extruded Polystyrene Boards Glued To The Previously Made Vertical Insulation Using Specialized Adhesive Mortars;10) Applying Thin-Layer Plaster On A Plastic Mesh And Covered With A Double Layer Of Disperbitum (Water-Dilutable). 11) Mounting Of Polyethylene Dimpled Foil (Correct Side) Using A Mounting Strip, Protecting Against Water Inflow, Attached To The Basement Wall With Expansion Bolts, With The Bottom Of The Foil Turned Up For A Foundation Footing;12) Backfilling The Excavations With Permeable Soil And Placing 8-16 Mm Gravel On Top In A Trough With A Concrete Rim, Enabling Water To Evaporate From The Surface Of The Basement Walls;13) Cleaning The Buildings Plinth Made Of Clinker Bricks; The Joints Between The Bricks Should Be Grouted With Specialized Preparations For Grouting Clinker Building Ceramics;14) Installing Band Drainage In A Cover Covered With 8-16 Mm Gravel.
