Provision Of Hotel And Catering Services And Rental Of A Training Room For The Needs Of A Two-Day Meeting. Location Of The Facility: Warsaw, Up To 10 Km In A Straight Line From The Central Railway Station In Warsaw, With Possible Access By Warsaw Public Transport Without The Need To Transfer. The Order Includes:• Providing Accommodation For Participants - Maximum 2 Nights For A Maximum Of 40 People, • Providing Meals For Participants - During Each Day Of The Meeting: 2 X Lunch (On Each Day Of The Meeting) X 40 People, 1 X Dinner (On The First Day Of The Meeting - Only For People Staying In Accommodation) X 40 People, 3 X Coffee Break (2 X On The First Day Of The Meeting, 1 X On The Second Day Of The Meeting) X 40 People, 1 X Breakfast (On The Second Day Of The Meeting - Only For People Staying In Accommodation) X 40 People, • Ensure A Training Room Located On The Premises Of The Facility Where The Participants Will Be Accommodated, Accommodating 40 Participants With Tables Arranged In A Horseshoe Shape, With Multimedia Equipment, For A Total Of 16 Hours During The Two-Day Meeting. The Meeting Will Take Place On Working Days, From Monday To Friday. Implementation All Services Covered By The Order Must Take Place In One Facility.
