Tenders are invited for Repairs to and Servicing of Office equipment (Fax Machines / Typewriters / Photocopiers / Duplo Machines, etc). Conditions for Registration of Suppliers and Contractors : 1) The specified registration fee should be paid to the Shroff of the Ja-Ela Pradeshiya Sabha and the Receipt thus received submitted with the application. 2) For contracts value above Rs. 5,000,000.00 (Construction of Roads and Buildings) should be registered at the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) and should submit a copy of the relevant certificate with the application. Registration fee should be made relevant to each value limits. 3) Those willing to be registered as Suppliers and Contractors should apply by the Application Form obtainable from the office. The Application Fee will be Rs. 500.00. 4) Suppliers should submit separate applications for each Goods or Services. 5) The amounts stated in the Table should be paid as the Registration Fee per each item.
