According To The Provisions Of The Specifications Made Available By The Contracting Entity, The Services To Be Purchased Are: - Preparation Of The Geotechnical Study; - Elaboration Of The Feasibility Study; - Preparation Of Technical Documentation For Obtaining: Urban Planning Certificate (Cu), Legal Notices Required By Cu, Technical Documentation For Authorizing/Discontinuing The Execution Of Construction Works (D.T.A.C./D.T.D.C.) And Technical Documentation For Organizing The Execution Of Works (Dtoe); - Elaboration Of The Terms Of Reference For The Procurement Of Works (The Elaboration Of This Cs Is Necessary For The Executor To Develop The Technical Execution Project, In Accordance With The Materials And The Proposed Execution Technology, Without Exceeding The Cost Established In The Sf Phase Or Supplementing The Work Quantities); - General Estimate Update. The Duration Of The Contract Is 6 (Six) Months From The Date Mentioned In The Service Start Order, In Compliance With The Requirements Requested In The Specifications. The Duration Of The Contract Does Not Include The Periods Between The Design Phases And The Approval Periods Of The Documentation In The Purchasers Cta/Ctes.
