Tenders are invited for Supply of Rack Server, 25U Free Standing Server Rack. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Director, Base Hospital-Kalmunai-North from 03.10.2024 until 21.10.2024 from 09.00 am to 3.00 pm on working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred (Rs.2,500.00). The method of payment will be by cash in favor of Director, Base Hospital, Kalmunai-North. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 09.10.2024 at 10.30 am at the Auditorium, Base Hospital, Kalmunai-North. Bids must be delivered under registered cover in duplicate to the Director, Base Hospital, Kalmunai - North or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Accounts Branch of Hospital at or before 03.30 pm on 22.10.2024, Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing of Bids in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the Deputy Directors office, Base Hospital, Kalmunai - North.
