Building Data: - Year Of Construction: 1930, - Number Of Above-Ground Storeys: 3, - Building Area: 605 M2, - Utility Function, - Approximate Roof Area - 458.00 M2 ,- Usable Area Of The Floor To Be Reconstructed/Renovated – 317.6 M2,- Wooden Roof Truss,- Sheathing – Galvanized Steel Sheet,- The Facility Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments,- The Facility Is Located In The Area Covered By The Local Development Plan Of The City Of Zamość /Resolution No. Xlv/499/06 Of The City Council In Zamość Of June 26, 2006 On The Adoption Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The City Of Zamość, Plot No. 17 In Sheet 47.
