A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Parameters Is Included In The Technical Specification, Annex No. 2 To The Swz,2) Loading, Transport, Unloading And Bringing To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At Its Headquarters, I.E. The Institute Of Polymers And Dyes Technology, Faculty Of Chemistry, Lodz University Of Technology In Lodz At Ul. Stefanowskiego 16, Building A-8, 3) Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment At The Place Of Its Use, 4) Provision Of: A) Technical Documentation Of The Equipment Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Equipment, E.G. Operation And Maintenance Manual And Other Documents Required By Separate Regulations, B) Appropriate: Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing Of Equipment In The Eu, If Required By Relevant Legal Provisions, C) A Document Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Service And Warranty Services During The Warranty Period, 5) Providing A Guarantee Of The Quality Of The Equipment. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Specified In The Technical Specification, Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Guarantee Are Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 2. The Equipment Should Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Damage, And Without Previous Use. It Cannot Be Used As An Exhibition, Post-Exhibition, Test Or Demonstration Item. It Cannot Be A Prototype. It Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.3. The Equipment Should Meet All Standards Imposed On Such Equipment By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu, If Required By Applicable Legal Provisions, And Have Appropriate Marking. 4. The Equipment Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation And Commissioning Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements, And Should Operate Efficiently And Achieve The Declared Parameters. 5. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
