The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Attached To The Swz (Annex No. 4). .The Ordering Party Requires At Least 36 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee For The Delivered And Replaced Subject Matter Of The Contract, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (The Warranty And Warranty Period Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers, In Accordance With Chapter Xxviii Of The Swz. The Quality Guarantee Period Declared In The Offer Form Will Be Entered Into The Procurement Contract Public). Offers With Quality Guarantee And Warranty Periods Shorter Than Those Specified Above Will Be Considered Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order And Will Be Rejected By The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
