Tenders Are Invited For Providing Hotel And Restaurant Services Along With Providing Recreational And Sports Facilities For Students Of Sports Classes (Via) - 24 Participants From November 18, 2024 To November 22, 2024.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Providing Accommodation - A Hotel With Meals In The City Of Zamość 22-400 (Lubelskie Voivodeship) Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 25 Km From The Intersection Of Kołłątaja And Ratuszowa Streets In The City Of Zamość, Calculated In A Straight Line (Radius Of The Circle), And Also A Recreational And Sports Base During A Sports Camp For Students Of The Sports Class Of Public Primary School No. 12 In Stalowa Wola On November 18-22, 20242. The Group Of Participants Consists Of A Maximum Of 24 People. 3. The Number Of People, I.E. 24 Participants Of The Sports Camp, Indicated By The Ordering Party Is The Maximum - Allowing For A Correct Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use This Number To Calculate His Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) The Amount Indicated In Point. 2 Above The Number Of Participants By A Maximum Of 5 People (Without The Contractors Right To Claim In This Respect) - Which Means That At Least 19 Participants Will Take Part In The Camp, And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Communicated To The Contractor No Later Than 3 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Sports Camp. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Accommodation And Meals As Well As Recreational And Sports Facilities During A Six-Day (Four-Person-Day) Sports Camp. 5. During The Sports Camp, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Accommodation - Hotel Accommodation In The City Of Zamość 22-400 (Lubelskie Voivodeship) Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 25 Km From The Intersection Of Kołłątaja And Ratuszowa Streets In The City Of Zamość, Calculated In A Straight Line As The Radius Of A Circle With A Standard Of At Least 3-Star In Accordance With The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And The Services Of Tour Guides And Tourist Guides (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1944, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166, As Amended), Ensuring Safety And Comfort Adequate To The Needs Of Participants And Providing Catering Services , I.E. Serving Meals In The Form Of Breakfasts And Lunches, And A Teaching Room That Should Have At Least 24 Seats For 24 Participants.
