Expression of Interest are invited for Business Coaching and Group Formation under the B-Fit (Women in Apiculture). In this assignment, GIZ is seeking to hire the services of competent consultancy firm to train and build the capacity of 200 women beekeepers in the Upper East and Upper West Regions. The beneficiaries of the project would be put into clusters and given additional training in alternative livelihood training. GIZ-Ghana seeks to engage the services of a consultancy firm with the requisite technical and professional know-how in building the strength of beekeepers and cooperatives in the Upper east and Upper West Region. The contractor is responsible for providing the following services: Facilitate the selection of 200 project beneficiaries (Set a pre-determined selection criteria). Collect baseline date from all project beneficiaries and provide a short report to GIZ Facilitate the formation, strengthening and formalization of apiculture clusters/FBOs Review and adapt training manuals (Business management and entrepreneurship, food safety, OSH, Organic and Social protection) Business Management and Entrepreneurial training. Occupational health and safety training in honey production and processing Food safety, organic certification and HACCP training for 200 project beneficiaries, Promotion of social protection measures (awareness creation and registration) Facilitate market access (Facilitate market linkage, training in basic negotiation skills, market prospecting).
