The Subject Of The Competition Is The Creation Of An Architectural And Urban Conceptual Plan For The Construction Of The Prečko Kindergarten In Accordance With The Program For The Implementation Of A Public Tender For The Development Of A Conceptual Plan For The Prečko Kindergarten Prepared By The Institute For Spatial Planning Of The City Of Zagreb In April 2023, Expert Team: Sabina Pavlić, B.Sc. . The Planned Building Of The New Kindergarten Will Be Built At Lot No. 6302/1 K.O. Vrapče, That Is, On The Cadastral Part Of The Existing Building Of The Prečko Kindergarten, Which Was Built As A Prefabricated Building In The 1970S, And Whose Removal Is Planned. According To Data From The City Office For Cadastre And Geodetic Affairs, The Plot Has A Total Area Of 8,360 M2.
