Engineering Design Services – Creation Of Design And Technical Documentation For The Construction Project Of A New Energy-Efficient Building Of The Primary School Of Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić In Orahovica. The Planned Location Of The Construction Of A New Primary School Building With Accompanying Facilities Is Included In The Spatial Development Plan Of The Town Of Orahovica. The Area In Question Is Designated As A Mixed-Use Area Where An Elementary School With A One-Part Sports Hall And Other Accompanying Facilities Is Planned To Be Built. The Planned Capacity Of The School Is For 16 Classes, I.E. A Maximum Of 448 Students (16X28). Classes Would Take Place In One Shift, That Is, As Full-Day Classes. The Client Of The Design And Technical Documentation Is The Virovitica-Podravina County, Trg Ljudevita Patačića 1, 33000 Virovitica, Oib: 93362201007. For The Project In Question, A Conceptual Solution Was Drawn Up, Which Included The Construction Of An Elementary School Building And A One-Part School Sports Hall With A Small Hall, Based On Of This Conceptual Design, The Approval Of The Ministry Of Science And Education Was Obtained, Class: 404-02/23-01/00191, Registration Number: 533-02-23-0002, Dated August 26, 2024, Which Does Not Include The Construction Of The School Hall, But The Approval Refers Only To The Building Elementary Schools. Thus, The Task Of The Subject Project Is To Create Documentation For Phased Construction According To The Conceptual Solution, Where Phase 1 Will Be The Elementary School Building, And Phase 2 Will Be The Building Of A One-Part School Sports Hall With A Small Hall. It Is Necessary To Create A Conceptual Project For Obtaining A Location Permit (Phased Construction), And Then The Main And Executive Project For The 1St Phase Of The Construction Of The Elementary School Building.
