Tenders are invited for Procurement of Services for Street Cleaning, Refuse Collection and Disposal including Carting Away of Post Cyclonic Waste in the District Council of Black River Area for Lots 1 and 2 for a Period of Twelve (12) Months. The District Council of Black River is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of Services for Street Cleaning, Refuse Collection and Disposal including Carting away of Post Cyclonic WasteIn the District Council of Black River Area for Lots 1 and 2 for a period of Twelve (12 ) Months 2. Participation is limited to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius. Joint Ventures should be among entities incorporated in Mauritius. 3. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: The District Council of Black River IFB/2024/624 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest Tuesday 05 November 2024 up to 13.30 hours ( Mauritian Time ). 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 05 November 2024 as from 14.31 hours ( Mauritian Time ) till Thursday 07 November 2024 up to 14.00 hours ( Mauritian Time ) . 6. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 07 November 2024 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours .
