The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Reconstruction Of The Plitvice Hotel In The National Park Of Plitvice Lakes At Id No. 1/1 K.O. Plitvička Jezera, In Accordance With The Main Project Of Joint Designation 01-01, Certified By The Chief Designer Amira Čaušević, B.Sc.Arch., Authorization Number A 2725. Hotel Plitvice Was Built On Velika Poljana Above Lake Kozjak Between 1954-1958. On The Basis Of The Basic Technical Documentation Made In 1955 And 1956 By The Author Of The Project, Architect Marjan Haberle. In 1977 And 1996, Partial Reconstructions Of The Hotel Were Carried Out. It Consists Of Several Connected Parts Formed In Three Wings On Several Floors, Architecturally Connected Into A Whole, Basically Forming A Floor Plan In The Shape Of The Letter T. Due To The Extremely High Architectural Value With The Features Of Modern Avant-Gardeism, This Building Complex Was Preventively Protected As A Cultural Monument In 1996. In 2008, The Hotel Plitvice Was Protected As A Cultural Asset By The Decision Of The Ministry Of Culture:, Administration For The Protection Of Cultural Monuments, Conservation Department In Gospić: Decision On Determining The Status Of A Cultural Asset For The Hotel Plitvice, Issued By The Ministry Of Culture, Administration For The Protection Of Cultural Heritage, Class Up/ I-612-08/08-06/0364, Dated September 10, 2008. The Cultural Asset Is Registered In The Register Of Cultural Assets Of The Republic Of Croatia Under Number Z-3857. The Purpose Of The Building Is A High-Category (5*) Catering And Tourist Hotel With Accompanying Spaces Consisting Of The Following Functional Units: Accommodation Part (38 Accommodation Units Namely: Double Rooms With The Possibility Of Connecting, Two Apartments, A Room Designed According To The Original Room From The 50S, And A Room Adapted For People With Reduced Mobility), Wellness, Boarding House Restaurant, Excursion Restaurant, Kitchen And Congress Area - Meeting Rooms.
