The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Sale Of High-Methane Gas Fuel With The Symbol E To The Ordering Partys Facilities In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025. Together With The Distribution Service, Indicated In Chapter I, Point 1 - Point 4, Divided Into Two Parts: 1.1. Part I Concerns Gas Consumption Points (Also Called Ppg) Which Will Be Settled According To The Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Within The Meaning Of The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gaseous Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, The Size Of The Order Planned In During The Duration Of The Order Is: 12,513,294 Kwh According To Annex No. 1A To Swz, 1.2. Part Ii Concerns Ppg Settled According To Competitive Market Prices And Partly Settled According To The Tariff Price Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office, The Volume Of The Order Planned During The Order Period Is: 3,408,710 Kwh According To Annex No. 1B To Swz 2. Total Estimated Volume Of The Order During The Delivery Period Amounts To 15,922,004 Kwh, To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Each Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order, But Only One Offer May Be Submitted For One Part. 4. The Contractor Will Perform All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Change The Supplier And Effectively Start Selling Gas Fuel, Including In Particular: Reporting New Comprehensive Gas Fuel Sales Contracts To The Dso. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Granted By Each Of The Ordering Parties Listed In Point 1 Of The Swz Together With The Conclusion Of Comprehensive Gas Fuel Sales Contracts.
