To And From Work In Zagreb Is Done With 2 (Two) Tourist Class Buses With A Minimum Of 50 Seats And 1 (One) Tourist Class Vehicle With A Minimum Of 8 Seats (Without A Driver), Which Must Have Air Conditioning And Must Meet All Standards Of Comfort And Driving Safety. Buses Must Meet All Safety And Driving Comfort Standards. The Transportation Of Hkzp Workers Will Take Place On Working Days, From Monday To Friday, In Accordance With The Timetable Prescribed In The Technical Specification. In The Case Of A Delay Of The Carriers Means Of Transport Of More Than 15 Minutes, The Workers Of Hkzp D.O.O. They Can Use Taxi Transportation, And The Transportation Costs Are Borne By The Selected Bidder. In The Case Of The Need Of The Service Provider For Transportation On Additional Lines Up To 40 Km In One Direction, The Selected Tenderer Undertakes To Provide Transportation By Tourist-Class Bus With Air Conditioning, Based On The Request Of The Service Provider, And To Issue Him An Invoice For The Completed Journey On The Additional Line. In The Event Of Changes In The Organization Of Hkzps Work, Cancellation Of Rights From The Collective Agreement Or Other Normative Acts Of Hkzp, As A Result Of Which The Right Of Hkzp Workers To Organized Transportation Would Be Terminated And Declared Unnecessary, The Client Reserves The Right To Terminate This Contract.
