The Subject Of Procurement Is The Service Of Complete Maintenance Of Elevators Of Kbc Osijek, Option Eng. Full Care, Which Includes A Total Of 33 Elevators Of Kbc Osijek, In A Period Of Two (2) Years. Elevators Of Kbc Osijek That Are Subject To Maintenance Are Specified In The Cost Sheet Of The Procurement Documentation: List Of Elevators. In The Sense Of This Procurement Documentation, The Subject Of Procurement Includes The Removal Of All Defects And Faults On The Elevators, All Dismantling Work And Disposal Of The Parts Of The Elevator That Are Changed, Installation Of New Equipment Parts According To The Technical Specifications Of The Procurement Documentation, I.E. All Works And Small Materials That Are Necessary For Release Elevators In A Fully Functional And Safe Mode Of Operation In Accordance With The Rules Of The Profession And Valid Laws, Regulations And Norms, The Instructions Of The Equipment Manufacturer, Until The Elevators Are Fully Functional, And The Service Of Complete Maintenance Of The Elevators In Full Function, The Full Care Option During The Two-Year Contractual Period That Is Required In The Execution Of The Subject Of Procurement, Namely: A) Repair Of The Elevator B) Complete Maintenance Of The Elevator, Option Full Care Subject Service Of Complete Maintenance Of The Elevator In The Option Eng. Full Care Includes Procedures: - Regular Monthly Service Maintenance Of All Elevators In Kbc Osijek In Accordance With The Ordinance On Safety Of Elevators In Use (Official Gazette No. 5/2019), - Maintenance Of All Elevators In A Functionally Correct Condition And, In Accordance With This, Installation And/Or Replacement Of All Necessary Parts And Repairs As Part Of The Monthly Maintenance Price, - The Elevator Maintenance And Repair Service Provider Must Provide All The Necessary Material And Spare Parts Needed To Perform The Repair Service And Elevator Maintenance, - The Elevator Maintenance And Repair Service Provider Is Obligated For All Supply Elevators And Regularly Fill In The Elevator Maintenance Books, - The Service Provider Is Obliged To Attend The Annual Technical Inspections Of The Elevators Carried Out By An Independent Authorized Institution And, In The Event Of Any Objections, To Remove Them, Except For Those That Are The Result Of Changes In Legal Norms Or The Construction Condition Of The Shaft, - The Service Provider Bears The Cost Of Each Extraordinary Technical Inspection, Which Must Be Done Before Putting The Elevator Back Into Operation In Case Of Any Repair That Requires An Extraordinary Technical Inspection. The Bidder Who Is Selected As A Service Provider Is Obliged To Provide The Relevant Service In Accordance With The Requirements And Needs Of The Client Described In The Cost List Of The Procurement Item And All Other Conditions And Requirements Specified In The Procurement Documentation In Accordance With The Ordinance On The Safety Of Elevators In Use (Official Gazette 5/2019).
