1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction And Installation Of An External Video Monitoring System On The Premises Of The Bison Demonstration Farm In Krajewo. The Investment Is Located On Plot No. 97/2 And 98, District 0013 Krajewo, Unit Ew.: 141301_1 Mława, Poviat Mława. The Scope Of The Order Includes Earthworks Related To Laying Cables, Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of Electrical Switchboards, Poles And Monitoring Cameras, As Well As Training Of The Employers Representatives In The Operation Of The System.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Opz (In The Design Documentation) - Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Contractor Provides Experienced And Qualified People Capable Of Carrying Out All Assigned Tasks, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations And The Provisions Of Relevant Decisions Made By The Investor. All Work Inside The Demonstration Pen, In The Area Fenced For Animals, May Be Performed Only On Working Days During The Opening Hours Of The Pen Under The Supervision Of The Pen Manager Or The Ordering Partys Representative. No Work May Be Carried Out In The Enclosure If The Presence Of Bisons Is Found Within A Distance Of Approximately 40 Meters. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Earthworks, In Particular Digging Ditches For The Fiber Optic Installation, In A Way That Does Not Disturb Natural Environmental Conditions, With Particular Care For The Safety Of The Bison Population. In Order To Minimize The Risk Of Animals Falling Into Open Trenches, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fill The Pits And Ditches On An Ongoing Basis After Completing Work In A Given Section And To Compact The Soil So As Not To Leave Any Trenches At The End Of The Working Day, Which Could Pose A Threat To Bison And Other Wild Animals. Living In The Area Of Works. Earthworks Should Be Carried Out In A Continuous And Organized Manner So That The Time During Which The Excavations Are Open Is As Short As Possible. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Any Damage Resulting From Negligence In The Protection Of Bisons And Other Animals, Which Could Result From Improper Protection Or Irresponsible Conduct Of Earthworks.
