It should Achieve a 5×10 Gain at Operating Voltages between 1100v and 1300v. B it should have a Single Coaxial Cable of Length 15~30m with an Shv Female (Plug) Connector Attached at its End. This Cable should Both Supply High Voltage to the Pmt and Transmit the Pmts Signal for Readout. C the Pmt and Cable should be Able to Operate without Significant Changes in Performance under Water at Depths up to 72m for at Least 20 Years. D Materials in All Surfaces Exposed to Water when Submerged should be Compatible with Both Ultrapure Water.
