Airport Operation Services – Tahiti Faaa Aerodrome Concession. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Development, Upkeep, Renewal, Maintenance, Operation And Promotion Of Land, Works, Buildings, Installationsprocedure For Awarding A Service Concession Relating To The Tahiti-Faaa Aerodrome Carried Out By The Ministry Responsible For Transport - General Directorate Of Civil Aviation (Granting Authority), In Application Of The Provisions Of Articles L. 1121 1 To L. 1121-4 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Development, Upkeep, Renewal, Maintenance, Operation And Promotion Of Land, Works, Buildings, Installations, Equipment, Networks And Services Of The Tahiti-Faaa Aerodrome, At Its Expense, Risks And Perils, Under The Conditions Set Out In The Concession Contract And In Compliance With Applicable Standards And Regulations. The Concessionaire Will Ensure The Design, Financing And Execution Of All Work And Investments Necessary To Carry Out Its Missions Over The Duration Of The Concession. In Particular, He Must Propose And Commit To A Program Of Renovation And Improvement Work From The Start Of The Concession, The Principles And Objectives Of Which Will Be Specified In The Consultation Documents. They Will Notably Concern The Terminal, Infrastructure, Sanitation Networks And Technical Installations. The Aerodrome, Which Is Open To Public Air Traffic, Is The Only Aerodrome In French Polynesia That Can Regularly Accommodate Air Traffic To And From Outside The Territory. In 2019, It Welcomed 1,470,000 Passengers, And In 2023, Traffic Exceeded Pre-Covid Levels With A Total Of 1,710,000 Passengers. The Concessionaire Will Replace The Previous Concessionaire In A Certain Number Of Contracts And Authorizations And In Particular Temporary Occupation Authorizations (Aot) With The Occupants Of The Aerodrome. It Will Also Be Authorized To Issue New Aots On The Concessioned Right-Of-Way. In Return For Its Missions, The Concessionaire Collects (I) The Proceeds From The Fees Mentioned In Article L. 6325-1 Of The Transport Code From Users And Fees Relating To The Use Of The Area Granted By Third Parties, (Ii) Tax Resources Assigned To It, As Well As (Iii) The Proceeds Of Any Other Service Or Activity That It Would Be Required To Provide Within The Framework Of The Concession Contract. The State Has Terminated, With Deferred Effect, The Current Concession Contract For The Tahiti-Faaa Aerodrome. This Termination Will Take Effect Upon The Entry Into Force Of The New Concession, The Subject Of This Consultation.
