The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Heavy Toothed Mowing Bucket With A Cutting Width Of 5.0 M Along With Equipment. 2. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Parameters And Requirements Indicated In The Opz Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order Delivered To The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete - Technical Specification For A Heavy Toothed Mowing Bucket With A Cutting Width Of 5.0 M Along With Equipment - Point 5 Of The Bid Form. Selecting The No Option And/Or An Incompletely Completed Contractors Declaration Column May Result In The Contractor Being Asked To Provide Explanations Or The Contractors Offer Being Rejected. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For At Least 12 Months (Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Comments By Both Parties)
