The Contracting Entity Wishes To Purchase 34 Pieces Of Asymmetric Pantographs Equipped With A Contact Brush Assembly And An Automatic Lowering Device In Case Of Damage To The Contact Brush. The Products Must Be For Rail Transport And Will Consist Of: - Set Of Basic Frames (Lower And Upper); - The Armature Composed Of Double Sleds With Carbon Brushes, Bars And Articulated Adjustment Rods That Have The Role Of Ensuring The Lifting, Maintaining And Lowering Of The Whole Assembly; - Automatic Descent System In Case Of Damage To The Contact Brush. The Supplied Pantograph And Contact Skid Assembly Must Meet, Both For The Pantograph And For The Contact Brushes, The Requirements Of The Technical Specification For Interoperability Adopted By Regulation (Eu) No. 1302/2014 As Amended. The Maximum Power And Current From The Overhead Contact Line (Current Self-Regulation System) Will Be In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) No. 1302/2014 Point 4.2.8.2.4. (Reference Standard En 50388:2012 And En 50388:2012/Ac:2013). The Technical Characteristics Of The Pantograph And The Contact Pads Will Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Interoperability Specification Adopted By Regulation (Eu) No. 1302/2014. The Requirements For The Equipment To Be Supplied, The Description And Dimensions Of The Components Can Be Found In The Specifications Attached To The Award Documentation.
