I. Provision Of Logistics Services In The Health Area, Such As Scheduling Consultations, Exams, Hospitalizations And Other Procedures, Collection Of Exams, Reports, Prescriptions And Medical Requests, Collection Or Purchase Of Medicines, Supplies, Instruments And Devices (Small Size), Search For Budgets For Surgeries And Special Procedures. Ii. Availability Of A Suitable Location For Health Drivers, So That They Can Rest During The Period In Which They Are Waiting To Return To The Municipality Of Origin, Including A Place To Stay Overnight, When Necessary. Iii. Availability Of Secure Parking For Cars, Ambulances And Buses. To Water, Bathrooms And Air-Conditioned Accommodation, To Rest And/Or Wait To Return To The City Of Origin. The Place Must Have Space To Prepare And Cook Meals (Kitchen And Dining Room) And To Wash Clothes (Laundry). You Must Also Have Access To The Internet (Wi-Fi). . Support In The Transportation Of Patients And/Or Family Members Or Companions Discharged From Hospital, With Driving To Transit Houses, Until The Vehicle Arrives From The City Of Origin Or To Accompany Them To The Bus Station. Vi. Provision Of Overnight Accommodation For Patients Undergoing Medical Treatment Hospital, With A Companion, If Necessary, With Provision Of Bed Linen And Pillows (Sheets And Pillowcase) And Bathrooms. The Focus Is On Humanized Service, In All Actions, Every Day Of The Week, 24 Hours A Day
