Work Detail

The Object Of The Procurement Is The Gym Equipment And Supplies Of The New Multi-Functional Wintteri Gym Of The City Of Uusikaupunki (Hereinafter Also The Procurement Unit) And The Fitness Equipment Of The Athletics Area (Hereinafter Also The Products). The Procurement Also Includes Delivering The Products To Their Places, Possible Assembly And Installation Of The Products Ready For Use, And Removal Of The Packaging Materials. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two (2) Sub-Areas As Follows:- Sub-Area 1: Gym Equipment- Sub-Area 2: Other Gym Equipment Offering Products. The Used Products Offered By The Provider, Which Contain Technology, Must Not Be More Than 10 Years Old. The Products In Question Are Identified In Appendix 1 Product Form. Instead, The Used Products Offered By The Bidder, Which Do Not Contain Technology, Can Be More Than 10 Years Old. Based On The Competition, One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected For Each Sub-Area, With Whom The Procurement Unit Will Enter Into A Procurement Contract. The Purchase Quantities Presented In The Tender Documents Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Volume Data Given In Other Documents Are Only Estimates. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Option To Order Products As An Additional Purchase If Necessary, 15% Above The Total Value Of The Purchase. Additional Products Can Be Ordered, For Example, To Replace, Supplement And/Or Expand The Delivered Product Range. The Possibility Of Additional Procurement Is A Right, Not An Obligation, Of The Procurement Unit. The Chosen Supplier Does Not Have The Exclusive Right To Deliver Products To The Procurement Unit. The Planned Delivery Date For The Delivery Of The Products Subject To Procurement Is January-February 2025. Operations In The Building Will Begin At The Beginning Of Week 9 In 2025. The Procurement Contract Is Created When Both Parties Have Signed The Contract. The Terms Of The Contract Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2 Of The Contract Template.
