As Such The Council Wish To Engage The Market Through Structured Preliminary Market Engagement And Invite Interested Parties To Complete And Return A Pme Questionnaire Via The Proactis E-Tendering Portal. Following Consideration Of Written Responses, The Council May Invite A Small And Proportionate Number Of Respondents To Participate In A Further One To One Discussion With An Engagement Panel Comprising Senior Officers Of The Council. This Will Allow An Opportunity For Written Responses To Be Expanded Upon Where This Is Considered By The Council To Be Beneficial.
