The Subject Of The Order Is The Development And Introduction Of A Competency Model For Use In The Office Of The Polish Financial Supervision Authority, Together With The Preparation Of Job Descriptions And The Performance Of The Job Evaluation Process, Including The Following Stages: 1. Identification And Preparation Of Job Descriptions (Stage I);2. Development Of The Competency Model (Stage Ii);3. Conducting The Job Evaluation Process Along With Preparing A New Pay Scale Based On The Contractors Pay Report (Stage Iii);4. Post-Implementation Support Within 12 Months From The End Of Stage Iii (Signing The Stage Iii Acceptance Protocol By The Parties)
