The Tenderer Declared The Winner Will Provide The Following Services: A. Will Be Responsible For Submitting A Funding Request, In The Mysmis2021/Smis2021+ Computer System, Within The Call For Projects That Will Be Launched By The Management Authority For Pr West For Regional Intervention Ir 1.3. E Financial Instruments, Under The Conditions For Accessing The Funds Provided In The Funding Applicants Guide For The Business Acceleration Financial Instrument. B. Will Set Up The Alternative Investment Fund Through Risk Capital (Fia) In A Jurisdiction Chosen By Him Or Propose The Use Of An Alternative Investment Fund Through Risk Capital (Fia) Managed By The Offeror, Already Established. C. Will Ensure The Management Of The Fia. D. Will Ensure Its Own Contribution To The Alternative Investment Fund E. Will Attract Funds From Independent Private Investors. F. Will Implement The Financial Instrument For Business Acceleration: I. Runs In The Pre-Acceleration Stage The Pre-Acceleration Sessions Of People/Teams With Business Ideas With Development Potential And Supports The Development Of Business Ideas Up To The Product Stage Minimum Viable (Minimum Viable Product = Mvp); Ii. Will Identify The Final Recipients Eligible For The Acceleration Process And Run The Acceleration Program; Iii. Will Carry Out The Financing Of The Final Recipients In The Acceleration Stage, In Accordance With The Investment Strategy And The Financing Agreement Agreed With Am Pr Vest; Iv. Will Ensure The Identification Of Final Recipients Eligible For Seed Financing And Analyze Their Economic Viability Potential; V. Will Ensure The Structuring, Negotiation And Realization Of Financing In The Seed Financing Stage, In Accordance With The Investment Strategy And The Agreed Financing Agreement; Vi. Will Apply The State Aid Rules For The Investments Made In The Final Recipients; Live Will Ensure The Monitoring And Control Of The Performance Of The Enterprises In Which The Investments Were Made; Viii. Is Responsible For Supporting The Financed Enterprises In Order To Increase Their Performance And Implicitly The Managed Fund; Ix. Will Provide Support To Smes For The Realization Of Exits From Investments, In Accordance With The Investment Strategy, The Exit Strategy, The Financing Agreement; X. Will Distribute The Repaid Amounts From The Investments To The Investors; Xi. Will Organize The Liquidation Of The Fund After The Expiration Of Its Specified Term, With The Care Of A Good Trader (That Is, In An Organized And Responsible Manner), In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Financing Agreement; Xii. Will Support The Development Of A Community That Allows The Development Of Entrepreneurship Expertise, Networking And Exchange Of Ideas, Constant Access To Relevant Information And Strategic Partnerships. G. Will Carry Out The Reporting Activity On Time, According To The Requirements Of The Financing Agreement; H. Will Ensure The Necessary Publicity, Information And Communication Regarding The Activity Of The Instrument
