The Market Dialogue Will Be Executed In English And Finnish Language May Also Be Used. All Material And Information Presented During The Market Dialogue And Discussions Are Preliminary And Do Not Bind Ver Or Suppliers. Participants In The Market Dialogue Will Not Be Remunerated For Their Participation.Ver Seeks To Acquire An Insider Management Service From An Independent, Professional, And Experienced Service Provider With Transparent Fee Structure To Be Used By Ver To Ensure Compliance With Applicable Legal And Regulatory Requirements (Such As Eu Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 (“Mar”) And The Act On The State Pension Fund, (Laki Valtion Eläkerahastosta, 1297/2006) And Guidance From Financial Supervisory Authorities) As Well As Ver’S Complementing Insider And Trading Rules And Guidelines. The Insider Management Service Shall Include The Provision Of Insider Management With Certain Functionalities. The Service Shall Be Provided By Granting Ver Access To The Service Provider’S Web-Based User Interface, Through Which Ver Receives The Application Services Intended For The Maintenance Of Insider Registers And The Corresponding Insider Listings And Lists Which Meet The Regulations Of The Authorities. Ver Shall Receive Materials For Monitoring Insider Holdings And Changes In Holdings Of Securities Listed In Finland. The Service Shall Also Offer Displaying Of The Public Insider Register.
