The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Performing A Post-Implementation Analysis For The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of The Kst Iii Tram Line (Krowodrza Górka - Górka Narodowa Estate) Along With The Construction Of A Two-Level Intersection Along Ul. Opolska In Kraków And The Accompanying Road Infrastructure.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order Divided Into Two Stages: A) Stage I - Including Post-Implementation Analysis Of The Part Of The Investment Task Specified In Point 1 Above, Which Was Put Into Operation By September 1, 2023. B) Stage Ii - Including Post-Implementation Analysis Part Of The Investment Task Specified In Point 1 Above, Which Was Put Into Operation On December 30, 2023 In Accordance With The Decision Of The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Krakow - Grodzka Poviat Of December 30, 2023 (Reference: Rpu.5121.164.2023.Srz ).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Including, Among Others: In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Annexes To The Ppu, I.E. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And The List Of Persons.
