The Total Maximum Value Of The Contract For Delegating The Management Of Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Municipal Waste, Sorting Of Recyclable Waste And Aerobic Treatment Of Biodegradable Waste From The Curtea De Argeș Area, Argeș County Is 115,249,305.80 Lei Without Vat, For A Total Amount Collected Of Approx. 18,080.36 Tons/Year. The Amount Of The Royalty That The Operator Will Pay Is 78,078 Euros/Year (The Equivalent In Lei, At The Bnr Exchange Rate On The Day Of Invoicing) For The Collection And Transport Activity And For The Use Of Cmid Curtea De Argeș, This Being Established As A Fixed Amount And Will Include In The Substantiation Sheets Of The Tariffs In Proportion To The Quantities Managed On Each Flow. The Rates Offered For Waste Collection And Transport Activities Will Also Take Into Account A Component Of The Cost Of Administration And Monitoring In The Amount Of 25,000 Euros Per Year (The Equivalent In Lei, At The Bnr Exchange Rate On The Day Of Invoicing). The Rate Offered For The Activity Of Collecting And Transporting Residual Waste Cannot Be Higher Than The Maximum Compound Rate Of: 836 Lei/Ton Without Vat, Under Penalty Of Rejecting The Offer As Non-Compliant. Offers That Will Contain Rates That, Following The Calculation Of The Maximum Compounded Rate, Will Exceed This Rate, Will Be Rejected As Non-Compliant. The Formula For Calculating The Composite Tariff Of The Sanitation Service Is: Tc = (8% X T Rec) + (22.34% X Tbio) + (58.30% X Trez), Where: Tc= Composite Tariff Trec = The Tariff Offered For The Collection And Transport Of Recyclable Waste + The Offered Sorting Tariff Tbio = The Offered Tariff For The Collection Of Biodegradable Waste + The Offered Tariff For Composting Trez = The Offered Tariff For The Collection And Transport Of Residual Waste + The Mechanobiological Treatment Tariff Of 159.07 Lei/Ton + 50% Of (Storage Fee Of 83.06 Lei/Ton + Circular Economy Contribution Of 160 Lei/Ton).
