Tenders are invited for Supply & Commissioning of Notebooks. 1. The Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning & Developmentis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Supply & Commissioning of 50 units Ultra-light Notebooks and 100 units Standard Notebooks. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the systemMOF/IFB/2024/535 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 18 September 2024 up to13.00 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 18 September 2024from14.01 hourstill Thursday 19 September 2024up to 13.00 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder onThursday 19 September 2024up to16.00 hours.
