The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractors Provision Of The Collection Service Of An Organic Agent Improving Soil Properties, Hereinafter Referred To As Swer, Produced On The Premises Of The Employers Municipal Installation, I.E. Z/I Dylów A.2. This Agent Is An Organic Agent With An Earthy Consistency Resulting From The Processing Of Biodegradable Waste Collected Selectively. It Was Admitted To Commercial Circulation By Decision No. 1) Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development No. G-742/18 Of April 17, 2018 For The Introduction To The Market Of An Organic Agent Improving Soil Properties - Produced In Z/I Dylów A, Commune. Pajęczno.3. The Agent Is Intended For Use In Field Cultivation Of Agricultural Plants, For The Recultivation Of Degraded Land In Order To Restore Their Utility Value And In The Cultivation Of Vegetables, Fruit Plants, Ornamental Plants And Lawns, And For The Preparation Of Growing Media Intended For Growing Plants In Containers And On Grasslands. It Is Especially Recommended For Use On Weak, Degraded, Heavy And Compact Soils With Poor Structure And Low Organic Matter Content.4. The Subject Of The Contract Assumes Estimated Quantities Of The Agent To Be Collected And Handled, Divided Into The Following Tasks: - Task No. 1: Z/I Dylów A - Total Amount Of The Agent To Be Collected During The Contract Period - 2,000 Mg.5. The Product Will Be Collected From The Area Of Z/I Dylów A, Commune. Pajęczno.6. The Assumed Quantity Specified In Section 4 May Change. Therefore, During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit This Quantity By A Maximum Of 70%. Reducing The Quantity Of The Agent In This Respect Will Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, In Particular For Payment Of Remuneration For The Unrealized Part Of The Contract And For Payment Of Compensation In Connection With The Reduction Of The Estimated Quantity. In This Situation, An Annex Is Not Required. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor A Minimum Of 30% Of The Estimated Quantities Of The Agent To Be Collected During The Duration Of The Contract. The Actual Amount Of The Agent To Be Collected Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 7. To Perform The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Use Means Of Transport At His Own Expense.8. The Loading Of Sweru Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party.9. Scales Installed In Z/I Managed By The Ordering Party Have A Valid Legalization Certificate.10. Collection Of The Subject Of This Contract Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M.
