The Scope Of This Tender Consists Of Providing A Wan Infrastructure Within The Following Dimensions: • Primary And Backup Connections; • Data Center Connection; • Sd Wan; • Firewall As A Service (Faas); • Internet + Anti Ddos As A Service; • Cloud Connect; • Management, Monitoring And Maintenance; • Help Desk. Please Note: • A Number Of Locations Still Have An Ongoing Agreement, The Contract Period Of Which Is Still Running At The Time Of Award. In Annex • During The Term Of The Agreement, The Number Of Locations May Fluctuate Up And Down. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Lots. Subscribing For Part Of The Assignment Is Not Permitted And Will Lead To Exclusion From Further Participation In The Tender Procedure. The Estimated Indicative Annual Contract Value For This Tender Is €475,000.00 Excluding Vat Per Year. The Contracting Authority Applies The Following Price Ceilings For This Tender: • A Price Ceiling Of € 110,000.00 Excluding Vat Applies To The One-Off Costs (20% Of The Price Ceiling Of The Annual Costs); • The Annual Costs Are Subject To A Price Ceiling Of €550,000.00 Excluding Vat Per Year. Price Submissions With Annual Costs And/Or One-Off Costs In Excess Of The Stated Amounts Are Not Permitted And The Relevant Tenders Will In This Case Be Excluded From Further Participation In The Tender.
