The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Washing Bedding, Protective And Work Clothing And Items Of Specialized Uniforms For The Bieszczady Border Guard Unit In Przemyśl. The Subject Of The Order Was Defined In Detail And Described In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That: The Subject Of The Order Be Carried Out In The Contractors Laundry; The Collection And Transport Of Laundry Assortments From The Biosg Headquarters And The Delivery And Transport Of Clean Assortments To The Biosg Headquarters Took Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor; Collection Of The Dirty Batch Of Bedding And Other Items Of The Order Took Place At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And The Guarded Center For Foreigners In Przemyśl On Monday And Wednesday Of Each Week; In Order To Control The Implementation Of The Service, The Contractor Allowed The Ordering Partys Representative To View The Process Of Disinfection And Washing The Subject Of The Order; The Contractor Delivered Washed Bedding And Other Items Of The Order To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And The Guarded Center For Foreigners In Przemyśl On The Date Offered By The Contractor In Accordance With Point 4 Offer Form. Method Of Order Execution: The Contractors Collection And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out By Calculating Their Quantity At The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Converting Them Into Kilograms, Based On The Table Of Unit Average Weight Of The Contract Items For Settlement Purposes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; The Contractors Receipt Of The Items Of The Order For Washing And Their Delivery To The Ordering Party After The Service Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Receipts For Items Accepted For Washing From Biosg Issued By The Ordering Party - According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be In Accordance With Requirements Specified In This Swz, In Particular With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
