Repair And Maintenance Services Of Escalators - Subscription Technical Support In The Non-Warranty Period Of 53 Escalators Of Metro Stations Of The Second Metro Diameter, Incl. Supply And Installation Of Spare Parts. The Contractor Must Provide The Following Services For The Facilities From The Technical Specification - Escalators With Manufacturers Suzhou Xinda And Thyssenkrupp, A Total Of 53 Units, Located At Metro Stations Of The Second Metro Diameter, Which Are In The Non-Warranty Period: A/ Subscription Technical Support, Incl. Supply And Installation Of Spare Parts /Without Main Spare Parts From Appendix 2/; B/ Delivery And Installation Of Main Spare Parts From Appendix 2, If Necessary And Ascertained With A Bilateral Protocol. The List Of Equipment, With Specified Manufacturer /Type, Model/, Factory Number And Start Of Maintenance, Is Given In Appendix 1 Of The Technical Specification. The Contractor Undertakes The Obligations: 1. From The Date Indicated In Appendix 1 Of The Technical Specification To Maintain The Escalators In Technical Condition And Safety. 2. To Comply With All Requirements Of The Current Legislation For The Maintenance Of Escalators. 3. To Comply With The Rules For Maintenance Instructions Laid Down In European Standard En115-1:2017. 4. To Comply With The Normative Documents For Ensuring Health And Safety At Work, According To The Law On Health And Safety At Work (Sg, No. . 124 Of 1997, Amended And Supplemented). 5. All Technical Measures During The Maintenance Of The Escalators Should Be Carried Out According To The Manufacturers Instructions. 6. To Carry Out Technical Maintenance Of Each Escalator At Least Once A Month At Any Time Of The Day, Including: - Greasing (Lubrication); - Cleaning With A Professional Vacuum Cleaner; - Checks; - Setup And Regulation Activities; - Replacement Of Components That May Occur As A Result Of Wear Or Breakage And That Do Not Change The Characteristics Of The Facility. 7. It Is Not Recognized For Technical Maintenance That Has Not Been Performed: Greasing (Lubrication), Inspection Of The Lubrication System And Cleaning With A Professional Vacuum Cleaner. 8. To Carry Out Emergency Maintenance Of The Facilities Within 1 Hour Of Receiving The Signal For An Emergency Stop Of An Escalator. 9. In Case Of Damage To An Escalator, Repair And Put It Into Operation Within 24 Hours, Regardless Of The Day Of The Week (Working Day Or Holiday). 10. For Damages That Cannot Be Rectified Immediately, A Protocol Is Drawn Up Between The Contractor And The Contracting Authority, With Which The Corresponding Malfunction And The Necessary Spare Parts For Repair Are Ascertained. 11. In The Event That The Damage Cannot Be Repaired Within 24 Hours, The Maximum Period For Repair And Commissioning Of An Escalator Is Up To 10 Calendar Days For The Mechanical Parts And Up To 3 Calendar Days For The Electrical Parts From The Date Of The Protocol Under Item 10. 12. The Contractor Should Ensure The Necessary Stock Of Spare Parts And Consumables In Order To Meet The Deadlines Under Item 11. 13. To Use Spare Parts And Consumables That Are Original, New And Not Recycled. Consumables Are: Lubricants, Fasteners, Signs, Lighting Lamps And Cleaning
