The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Additional Equipment For Volunteer Fire Department Units In The Ochotnica Dolna Commune, Including The Supply Of Quad Tracks And A Trailer For Transporting The Quad.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order: A) Be Brand New, Fully Functional, Without Physical Or Legal Defects, B) Have Not Been Previously Used Or Exploited, C) Meet The Technical And Operational Requirements Specified In Detail In The Opz.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocols Without Any Comments.
