Tenders Are Invited For Maluch+ Project - Expansion Of The Kindergarten With The Construction Of A Nursery And Nursery Equipment - Part Iii Of The Order - Purchase And Delivery Of Electronic Equipment.
3.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Equipment And Aids For The Nursery, Including Part Iii Of The Order - Purchase And Delivery Of Electronic Equipment. 3.1.2. Requirements For The Execution Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered Directly To The Places And, Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party, In Quantities And Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Brought To The Indicated Room. 2) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order With His Own Means Of Transport, At His Own Expense And Risk, And Will Assemble The Subject Of The Order (According To The Ordering Partys Requirements). The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Occurring During Transport; 3) The Delivered Assortment Should Meet All The Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Swz, In The Full Scope; All Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order, Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Should Be Treated As Minimum; 4) The Offered Product Must Have All Legally Required Approvals, Tests, And Ce Certificates For Which It Is Required. The Assortment Must Be Brand New Without Traces Of Use, It Cannot Be Post-Lease Or Exhibition Items. 5) At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Delivered Equipment, And In The Event Of Non-Compliance With Those Presented In The Offer, To Suspend The Entire Delivery And Order Immediate Replacement At The Expense And Responsibility Of The Contractor. 6) All Proposed Solutions Must Be Systemic And Mass-Produced. 7) The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Available Colors Than Those Required In The Swz, Provided That They Are Accepted. 8) The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Assortment Will Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular In Terms Of Required Certificates, Technical Opinions And Approval For Use In Poland, If Required; 9) The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Means And Technical Conditions, As Well As Economic And Organizational Potential Necessary To Complete The Order; All Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order (E.G. Moving, Folding, Cleaning, Etc.) Will Be Performed By The Contractor Using Its Own Employees. 10) The Return Of Goods That Are Unsuitable For Use And The Delivery Of Replacement Goods, Free From Defects And Defects, Will Be Made At The Expense Of The Contractor. 11) The Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Not Accepted During The Final Acceptance Period Will Be Replaced By The Contractor With A New One With The Same Parameters And Type Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party, At Its Own Expense. 12) Packaging From The Delivered Equipment Or Materials Is To Be Assembled And Deposited In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.
