The Straubing-Bogen District, As The Responsible Authority, Intends To Provide The Transport Services Of The On-Demand Transport Labertal And St. Englmar Holiday Region In Area Operation, Hereinafter Referred To As “Odv”, As A Total Service Within The Meaning Of Section 8A Paragraph 2 Pbefg With Effect From December 1St, 2025 To Be Put Out To Tender Throughout Europe By November 30, 2029 As Part Of A Procurement Procedure. An Application For The Granting Of A Permit For Commercial Traffic In Accordance With Section 8A Paragraph 2 Sentence 2 I. V. M. § 12 Para. 6 Sentence I Pbefg Must Be Submitted To The Government Authority Of Lower Bavaria As The Responsible Approval Authority No Later Than 3 Months After The Preliminary Announcement In The European Official Journal. The Contract To Be Awarded Includes The Provision Of The Odv In Parts Of The Straubing-Bogen District; In Terms Of Approval, This Corresponds To Regular Scheduled Transport In Accordance With Section 44 Pbefg. Approval Must Be Obtained From The Operator. The Contract Includes The Transport Service Including Drivers And Vehicles, As Well As The Operation Of The Booking And Scheduling Software And App As Well As A Telephone Switchboard For Bookings And Information.
