In Małopolska, Autonomously Functioning Systems Integrating Communication Means, Which Include: One Provincial Management System In The State Fire Service Headquarters In Krakow, 15 District Management Systems In All Municipal/District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In The Province. Lesser Poland. District Management Systems Are Connected To The Provincial Management System Using The Existing Psp Intranet Network In The Province. Lesser Poland. The Functioning System Is Based On Devices And Technologies From Elvys Polska Sp. Z O. O. (Multikom-2, Multikom Ip). As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To: 1. Task I - Perform At The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service (Gorlice, Nowy Targ, Zakopane) And The Provincial Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Kraków 2. Task Ii - Perform Extended Coverage Networks At The Municipal Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Nowy Sącz, Which Will Be Integrated With Autonomously Functioning Systems Integrating Communication Means. The Tasks Include Delivering, Installing, Configuring And Integrating With The Existing Kw Psp Radiocommunication System In Krakow 15 Remotely Controlled Vhf Base Stations Along With Antenna Systems And Ip Control In Remote Locations, 18 Local Vhf Radiotelephones With An Ip Controller, 10 Radio Consoles, 3 Servers Radio Communications, 5 Call Recorders And 6 Tetra Tea2 Terminals With An Ip Controller. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Implementation Of The Task Was Divided Into The Following Stages: Task I - Completion Date: December 2024. Task Ii - Completion Date: April 2025, Provided That The Invoice For The Completed Task (After Positive Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order) Cannot Be Issued Earlier Than In March 2025 (This Results From The Conditions Of The Granted Funding). The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Earlier Acceptance Of The Task And Issuing An Invoice In The Event Of Earlier Receipt Of Funds To Finance The Subject Of The Order. A Separate Contract Will Be Signed For Each Task. After Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Agree On An Implementation Schedule With The Ordering Party
