Expression of Interest For Consulting Firm

Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Firm (National) (Lump-Sump) Title Of Service: Selection of a consulting firm for establishing MIS for PROVATi3, LGED Brief Description of Assignment: i. The consulting service is being sought from a firm that will assess the needs, design, test, and commission the MIS at PMU within the project M&E and KM unit. ii. The system will be APPs based customized with project needs. It also requires App/Software development, website/portal development and make that operation in user-friendly manner. Creation of diverse modular and website/portal are to be upgradable and scalable. iii. The system should be integrated with GIS and GPS functionalities. iv. Creation of the electronic/web-based document repository based on Database Management Architecture with proprietary file coding system, and with the scope to manage various types of documents. v. The programming language should be of 4th generation. vi. Implement API management system where any third-party application can communicate through API such as the list of LCS members with LGED/IFAD. vii. Ensuring a decorum aided by software to keep the storage/Sarver hazard free from any duplication of files and keep the storage clean from raw data. viii. Uploading data, testing, and commissioning of the website/portal of the MIS including reports generation. ix. The security of the MIS should be multiple steps, at least of two-steps or two factors authentications to make the system confidently secured. x. Preparing operation manual, finalizing it with discussion with Client, and providing training to the concern. xi. After successful installation, commissioning, and pilot testing of the MIS and approval by the project, the MIS consultancy firm will prepare a hands-on operation and maintenance manual and will train the staff. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: The service provider/training institute for the assignment should have to meet the following requirements: i. The firm should be a reputed one with at least 5 years of prior experience in ICT solution. ii. Completion of successful projects on web-based software application for any government/foreign funded project. iii. Affiliation and registration with national and international ICT institution is appreciating. iv. Their brochures and all updated registration, IT and VAT documents. v. List of Professionals. vi.
