Interested Firms Should Provide Information Demonstrating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience To Perform The Services (Brochures, Description Of Similar Assignments, Experience In Similar Conditions, Availability Of Appropriate Skills Among Staff, Etc.). Firms May Constitute Joint Ventures To Enhance Their Chances Of Qualification. The Attention Of Interested Firms Is Drawn To Eligibility Criteria, For The Establishment Of The Shortlist. A Firm Will Be Selected In Accordance With The Consultants Qualification Selection (Cqs) Method In Accordance With The African Development BankS Procurement Policy And Methodology For Bank Funded Operations, October 2015, Which Is Available On The BankS Website At Http://Www.Afdb.Org. The Prime Objective Of This Training Is To Further Boost The Capacity Of The Staff Of The Directorate Of Loans And Debt Management (Dldm) Unit On The Usage Of All The Features Of The Commonwealth Meridian Software, Including The Recording And Reporting On Contingent Liabilities. This Training Will Be A Follow Up To The Introductory Training Conducted By Commonwealth Secretariat During The Migration Phase And Also Recently The Support That Came From Wami Which Was Delivered Through The Training Conducted By Waifem. The Outcome Of The Introductory And The Recent Training Was Impressive, It Enables A Quarter Of The Staff To Have Real-Time Hands-On Commonwealth Meridian, Due To Staff Turnover, The Directorate Has Recruited New Staff That Needs Training On The Commonwealth Meridian, Thus To Forster The Skills And Knowledge Of Entire Staff On Meridian For Better And Efficient Debt Management.
