The Local Rail Transport Services To Be Awarded Amount To Approximately 2.28 Million Train Kilometers Per Year And Affect The Scheduled Services On The Following Routes: Rb 1 Zwickau-Zentrum – Zwickau Hbf – Falkenstein – Kraslice; Rb 2 Divided Into Rb 2A Zwickau-Zentrum - Zwickau Hbf - Plauen (Vogtl) Ob Bf - Hof And Rb 2B Zwickau-Zentrum - Zwickau Hbf - Plauen (Vogtl) Ob Bf - Bad Brambach - Cheb (Without Czech Section); Rb 5 Mehltheuer – Plauen (Vogtl) – Falkenstein. In Addition, The Contractor Must Provide Local Rail Transport Services Amounting To Approximately 105,000 Train Kilometers Annually On The Czech Section Of The Rb 2B Bad Brambach – Vojtanov – Cheb Route On Its Own. It Is Planned That All Services Are To Be Provided Within A Period Of Twelve Timetable Years From The Timetable Change In December 2029 To The Timetable Change In December 2041. Provided That, Based On The Result Of The Negotiations And The Content Of The Final Offers, This Does Not Result In Discrimination Against Individual Applicants Or Bidders, The Contract Term Can, In Deviation, Be The Twelve Timetable Years From The Timetable Change In December 2028 To The Timetable Change In December 2040 Or From The Timetable Change In December 2027 To The Timetable Change In December 2039. Under The Same Conditions, The Transport Contract Can Independently Have A Shorter Term (At Least Eight Timetable Years) From The Timetable Change In December 2027, 2028 Or 2029.
