Delivery Of Meals To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Then To Individual Departments Of The Hospital. Pick Up Leftovers From Each Delivered Meal. Collection, Washing, Disinfection/Scalding Of Transport Vessels. Preparation Of Meal Samples For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes. Delivery Of Meals To Individual Sections/Of The Obstetrics And Gynecology Ward At The Świętokrzyskie Center For Mother And Newborn - Specialist Hospital In Kielce Until December 31, 2024. The Basis For Determining The Number Of Meals And The Type Of Diet For Individual Sections/Units Will Be The Order Submitted Via The Contractors Free Platform During The Following Hours: - Breakfast - Until 6:45 - Lunches - Until 10:45 - Dinner - Until 1:45 P.M. Meals Should Be Delivered In Appropriate Containers That Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements. Hot Meals Should Be Delivered In Transport Thermoses Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Lunch Meals For Individual Diets, E.G.: Diabetic, Liver, Salt-Free, Etc., Be Separated Into Separate Disposable Containers And Described Outside (Which Diet They Apply To), And Breakfast/Dinner Meals Placed In Marked Plastic Containers. The Delivery, Collection Of Meals And Checking The Compliance Of Meals, Quantity And Type Of Diets Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Employees Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. Patients Meals Include 5 Meals A Day - Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner.
